ABOUT THE PROJECT

NeonWave Studio is a browser-based space for experimenting with rhythm and electronic sound. Its step-based interface lets you toggle a pattern while it plays, giving you a way to hear how small changes affect the result.

The studio brings beat programming and synth keys together, with a Beat Chain view for arranging beats into a loop. Explore a single idea first, then try connecting patterns into a longer sequence.

GETTING STARTED

  1. Open the studio on a desktop or laptop and start with your volume low.
  2. Hit play and toggle steps to explore the beat pattern.
  3. Try Synth Keys: the interface supports playing with keys A–K and adjusting pitch.
  4. Explore My Beats, then use Beat Chain to arrange beats into a loop.

Follow the studio’s current on-screen controls and any sign-in prompts.

WHAT TO EXPLORE

Build a rhythm

Toggle steps and listen to how the pattern changes. Begin with a few sounds so you can hear the effect of each choice.

Add a synth idea

Use Synth Keys to experiment with a melodic line alongside your rhythm.

Connect your beats

Beat Chain provides a loop order for combining beats. The studio also includes analytics and a similarity view for exploring saved beats.

BEFORE YOU OPEN IT

Can I use it on a phone?

The studio says it is not designed for mobile and recommends a desktop or laptop for the full experience.

Where does the project run?

The launch button opens the studio on its own Base44 address in a new tab. This information page stays open so you can return to Whooo.

Where should I begin?

Try a small pattern before building a complex arrangement. Change one thing at a time and listen to the difference.
